Parmelia Hilton Upgrade

Overview:
Located on the corner of St Georges Terrace and Mill Street in Perth CBD, Parmelia Hilton was built in the late 1960s and redeveloped in 1999. The building comprises of 10 floors, including 8 floors of 284 hotel rooms.

In 2020, Adco constructions fully renovated the building increasing the amount of hotel rooms and suites to 316. This included new bathrooms, air-conditioning, flooring, furniture, and improved in-room technology and security.

Fire Rated Systems were engaged to:
Supply and install fire stopping to all existing penetrations from the hallways into the hotel rooms and replace existing penetrations seals to all service riser walls and protect structural steel elements.
